Well you see, the point of the joke is that the first person to own the store is Chuck, hovewer it is now owned by a man named Sneed and is thus called sneeds feed and seed, however it wasn't always called this. When Chuck was the owner, it was called Chucks Fuck And Suck. Now, this is not normal because who would sell fuck and suck? The answer is chuck and this rhymes because all these words end with -uck, but When sneed took over all the words would end with -eed So now it's Sneeds feed and seed but before it used to be Chucks fuck and suck and that's why it says "formerly chucks" on the sign.
