I mean, lol, how did you not have things already delegated out and prepared? How did you not have a modboard thread detailing a timeline and plan, either relegating responsibilities or giving elective options for staff to pencil themselves into, with prepped thread OPs ready to be c&p'd, with yourself prepared to take on any missing options and take the lead on? How the hell does one call themselves a community admin in this context? When people like mellow, flutters, other non pchan staff, look back at their old leadership (not boss - leader)
ask them how it was. Ask them what a community administrator looks like. And in more than just community activity. Ask them about fieldwork, about standing in front of the team (not throwing under bus), about clear delegation, about preparation, organization, energy and presence. Goddamn, kid; you're washing out of this job faster than Basic. And when Macil can't even rouse his invisible ass to post "no you cant have vocaroo embeds" to a 3 week-old question, then we're in the hands of a hopeless duo and it's pretty fuckin' exasperating to watch, especially in context of that year+-old thread where he was already pushing out his so-called "partner."
I'm deeply sorry to everyone for creating this eventuality 2 years ago. My bad.
Edit: oh lmao apparently a modboard doesnt even *exist* bc mac never bothered with one ha ha. Doesnt excuse other admin not doing all of above in a chat or doc, and only adds another notch to the "fuck macil with a rake, sideways" list
