The evidence is pretty basic. Hasbro has to approve licensed products. Given this must be a licensed product line, it's been reviewed and approved by Hasbro legal.
Look closely at the promotional image and you'll see an obscured line of text at the top of the sheet. "Every----- can make a difference" is clearly displayed. One might extrapolate that the large word is "Everypony" or it might be Everyone. That goes into conjecture. Again, Hasbro had to sign off on that text message as part of the contract they signed with the company producing this.
It's not a leap. It's logic in action. Had this been some random fan produced blanket set, I might have dismissed this as baseless conjecture. However, this is a product that conforms to the rules that Hasbro sets out when people pay the $10,000 fee for each unique MLP based product produced under license.
Given the bland, uninspired and inoffensive images on this bedding set, the writing is on the wall. Get ready for a really lame G5 series.
