It's simple. For two people the recipe calls for 500 grams of potatoes and one head of broccoli. You chop it into bitesized pieces and roast the potatoes in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200/220 degrees (hot air/regular) with some olive oil drizzle, salt and pepper. Add the broccoli when there's about 15 minutes left (add more oil and spices).
Then it's one filet of salmon per person, keep the skin and fry it up on medium for 4 minutes per side (timing it so it'll be done at about the same time as the taters and broc) in some olive oil with the skin-side down first.
After turning it you add a broth made from 4 grams of...uh...dried grönsaksbuljong (I suck at translating that), lemon zest, juice from one half of the lemon, a pressed garlic clove, about ½dl of water and a few stalks of coarsely cut dill. Butter according to taste directly into the pan.
Serve salmon on top of the other stuff with more dill on top of that, a slice of lemon and aioli on the side. Pour some of the broth on top and bam, good eatin'
Dang, go do a rest then.
