There's a lot of free documentation out of there, or perhaps library books, on C++/C# computer language.
Maybe people like Zeke can direct you as well.
If you get time, learning and experimenting with C++/C# can get you up to programming standards in a month and a half.
I will say that it's less simple to take care of everything on your own.
What assets are you yourself confident with providing for the project, aside from writing/ideas?
