Huh, you know, 80 Days is a really good video game, you guys should play it some time. You just try to make the journey from Around the World in 80 Days as fast as you can, and win Phileas Fogg's wager. You play as Passepartout. While the game is primarily highly narrative, there's also a lot of resource and time management as you make sure you catch all the right trains and don't run out of money and have to sleep on the streets. It's fascinating. Very replayable, since you can take different routes and make different narrative and gameplay decisions - and even if you take the same route as last time, some things are randomized, iirc.
Aaaaanyway, went to a Keyforge tournament yesterday and won all 4 games I participated in. I'm pretty happy about that. I won a Dis chain tracker. Also, one of my girlfriends bought me some custom Keys!! (Pictured.)
It was so nice of her, it was just out of the blue, she showed up at the tournament and when I got out my cardboard keys she was like "or you could play with these <3"! I didn't have anything to give her in return, I should find something nice that she'd like...
The deck of mine that entirely demolished everyone else, including a Horseman deck piloted by the girl who taught me the game (the student surpasses the teacher!) was named Madam "Sadie" Porcius. Her decklist is here: https://www.keyforgegame.com/deck-details/53404364-a184-47c0-a507-80a6ef0cb572
She was a blast to play with, I really like the way she operates. She's basically got her Sanctum strategy, which is make an insane unbeatable armored army, her Mars strategy, which is use Zookeepers and Jammers to steal all the opponent's creatures and stop them from ever forging, and then a teeeensy dash of Dis, that can be used to perform decent interruptions in a pinch. (A board-wipe, chaining the opponent, etc.)
I love her and I'm going to marry her.
Yes, the deck. I'm going to marry my Keyforge deck.
