ya'll realize this is just the beginning, right?

the cancel cascade is only in its beginning phases, where immediate liability risk and a bit of PR posturing is what has companies, from axe to salesforce to facebook to twitter to youtube to even DeutcheBank cancelling Trump and his 'stopthesteal' network.

I promise you this is just the beginning. There will continue to be more changes in coming weeks, months, even years when it comes to the public sector and military and law enforcement.

There will be mid and long term plans to mitigate future risk as well. They will take their course through the public and private sector. Most everything we've seen so far is purely reactionary - so if you've pearls to clutch you may want to save some for the months to come because the more proactive and preventative stuff is still in the pipeline.

I am pointing out that this is the logical and expected outcome for those who support the "muh private company" solution to Internet/communications access.

If anything, we should be celebrating this outcome, as the company does what is within its enumerated rights, and shuts down whoever they consider to be a fringe individual, for any number of arbitrary and/or fabricated reasons.

And yes, I too expect much more to come.
