#Politics
Why is he still being referred to as "British"?

Can't be the only one thinking he gave up his citizenship and nationalty when he fled this country into to kill innocents and wage war against us, nevermind how the goverment revoked his citizenship.

But on the plus side at least he looks nice and cosy all curled up with all his friends now. Prehaps he should stay there for a few more years, then maybe, just maybe, we can all hope Syria gives him the death sentence.

No point sending im back here, our prisons are far too good for him.

What do you think should be done to terrorists such as him?

Your country is stuffed with Muslims as is, shouldn't force more in there.

The same reason you refer to people who come from the middle-east Syrians, or people from China chinese.

>and wage war against us

Uhuh.

The British state can't simply scrub themselves of their responsibilities.
The man in question must stand trial. Dangerous as a threat he is, a fair and just trial is the only way forward to determine his life sentence for which the British state is responsible for.
We need justice for families and victims, to tell the world that affiliation with banned terrorist organizations is not tolerated in this society.

Gosh, looks a lot like our Minty.

Will you reject Minty when he wants to come home after the 4th reisch ends up in Syrian prison?

What's the deal with British youths anyways. Its like you don't beat them enough or something.

>What's the deal with British youths anyways.

I reckon that growing up in a mature, peaceful and utterly boring society has 1) Caused them to underestimate how shitty the rest of the world can be. 2) That has left them feeling disenfranchised and desirous to strike out on there own to win some measure of riches and glory. But since they can't put on a red coat and go die of malaria in India or Burma or whatever anymore they instead got suckered in by Islamic propaganda.
It is a true testament to how mind-numbingly boring British society is that scampering-off to some middle eastern hellhole to spend the rest of your life fighting in centuries-old tribal conflicts seems preferable.

Honestly most of Britain's problems would go away right quick if they got all imperialist again. Just conscript all the chavs and such and ship them off to Syria or wherever to enforce some civilization.

I mean, the idea of just creating an islamic state and killing anyone who disagrees with it and just expecting the world to accept you are as a legitimate country was never the best idea

I can get behind this

Obama could have used this lesson from the Brits. He should have revoked citizenship of American citizens before drone striking them. Thus, no American citizens would have been killed in extrajudicial executions under his watch. And really, who cares about killing and indefinitely detaining people with no citizenship?

There is a distinct difference between revoking the citizenship of people you just don't like or care about and revoking the citizenship of people who ACTIVELY DEFECT to an opposing force with the primary intent of destroying you.

Yea but you can only revoke citizenship if they have another country they are a citizen of. It is illegal to make someone stateless under UN laws.

>>337827 If his British citizenship has been revoked, and he became a de facto citizen of ISIS, then the dissolution of ISIS means he is a prisoner of war, against a nation that no longer exists, in a war that has been won. Keeping him prisoner is now nonsensical because he has committed no crime, by virtue of the UK revoking his citizenship.

In the US, the government doesn't have the right to revoke a citizen's citizenship. But joining an enemy army is treason and punishable by death.
