I can tell you that it's not effective. If you want people to enjoy and be interested in your threads you have to provide them something they actually may want to get involved with.
Almost everyone on this board is an adult, so the format of a Saturday morning cartoon lineup is probably not going to appeal to anyone here. If you want a thread that people can actually get into and enjoy you have to give them something more than just a bunch of random YouTube links. Especially if you're not even going to embed those links. Anything that goes off-site with no explanation is something most people are not going to click on. For example you just put "The Show" but that doesn't tell us anything about what is actually in the link you're posting, and most people will not click a link if they have no idea what it is.
Part of advertising is knowing your audience, which is why there are no toy commericals on HBO. Nobody on this board is interested in a Saturday morning cartoon lineup simulation, which is why the only replies you have gotten are in response to one of your videos being really creepy, because it's legitimately the only semi-interesting thing that has been posted in this thread so far.
