The first part is really cool. I love the way you layered several melodies over an that awesome, irregular beat. It grooves really well while still remaining unique and complex. If I were you however, It'd write an intro. I love the way you did it, but it starts a bit too suddenly. In order to gain a little more impact, try starting quietly and bringing everything in at a nice pace (or all at once if that's you're style, whatever you want).

Now with that said, throw out the drop. Don't even write a drop. Please, please don't write a drop. This song does not need it. Drops are like every other technique in songwritting, they must be used sparingly and at precisely the right moments to be effective. The thing is that drops have become so overused that I can guarantee that almost everyone on this board is sick of hearing that wub infested mess of a cliche. Try to focus on making the song flow, if you know what I mean, rather than making the song sound like other dubstep songs.
