The problem is, the turret is at (screen_width/2,screen_height-5), and when I click, it should calculate the angle of the line between the turret and the mouse position, but it seems to somehow be looking at the distance. game() is the entry point.

I think that it bugged because i have the bad habit of force exiting the game. next time, exit using the EXIT option... are the time events worth it? Nah, It depends on what you're playing. I think in Gold/Silver they will recall you if they want to battle again, but it's pretty rare. In Ruby/diamond, you get an item that allows you to rebattle them, I'm pretty sure. If you are only using save states then I guess time doesn't really pass for you at all. Why don't you avoid them and play the game the way it's meant to be played, with the loading at the pokemon centre and all that?

Very much so. The art style and overall tone is quite unique, and despite being based on somewhat absurdist humor, it still manages to deal with pretty everyday troubles (if wildly exaggerated and "monster-fied" for humor and action) making the title fit all the same.
