The cutiemark is a nice little detail... I don't really know anything about figurines, is that a decal or hand painted or what?

One observation, tho: apart from the cutie marks, no rainbows. There's cyan, red, and yellow, but no orange, green, or indigo., so half her colour scheme is missing.

um, those cloud curves are completely random, just following the form of the cloud, and yeah... i hate drawing tiny characters. i cant draw little ones even if i use the automatic pencil... and about the positioning of those little ones, you should see that the start line is not 100% accurate, that made my day a hell.

It's good that you're drawing! I think you have potential. You used proper colors and didn't leave anything out. Keep practicing!

However, /art/ is for compilations of pictures. This thread would be more suited to /art, so off you go, darling! I hope you get lots of nice comments.

It's practically the same thing:
You just do the whole tutorial for hand drawing, just use your tablet.

Tip though: you might want to focus on the screen rather than the tablet. what you draw physically might not be exactly the same digitally.

And looking at the monitor rather than the tablet. That's essential.

Once you're comfortable with all that, the next thing is to get used to the settings for the tablet. E.g.: you can use pressure to control brush size or opacity... but never do both at once. Stuff like that.

Oh, BTW: if your monitor is widescreen but your tablet is not, be sure to check how that's being dealt with in the control panel. It can end up "squishing" things to fit the tablet's working area to the screen, and drawing a square will end up making a rectangle. That can be a real pain.
